I’ve sorted the list according to the preparation method, so you can fit it into your schedule. In addition, container counts have been listed for each item. For a few items, I disagreed with the posted container counts and gave my opinion/notes in addition.

    Hello! I'm new to the 21 Day Fix and I am so excited to have found your page, especially the recipes! My question is the recipe has the break down of how many containers, is this per serving? I'm assuming it is. Thanks! Julie

      Hi there, Julie! Welcome to the 21 Day fix! I'm glad you are finding my site useful :) For the container counts, the amount listed is per serving. Most of these recipes contain multiple servings, and a lot of them will indicate serving size. If it's not clear, I'd encourage you to reach out to the author of that particular post. Otherwise, you can comment back here and I'll try to figure that one out with you!! Good luck! Tina :)
