Here’s a great clean honey mustard glaze that you can use the next time you grill! I made mine with pork chops, but you can also use chicken breasts.
A word on grilling. Steaks are awesome for grilling because there’s all sorts of variations of “done”, from medium, to well done, to “THAT COW IS DEAD!”. With poultry, there’s a fine balance between being undercooked (salmonella, anyone?) and overcooked (aka dry and tough). Having a meat thermometer can help prevent these issues. Honey Mustard Glaze for Grilling
21 Day Fix: Red
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together. Put mixture, along with the grilling meat of your choice (chicken, pork, etc) into a gallon size bag to evenly coat the meat.
- Place the meat on the grill, using the appropriate heat/time for the meat of choice.
